MedOps Consultancy was founded to support medical device companies in Türkiye where regulatory requirements and operational realities intersect.

 

In many cases, companies have established processes — but these processes do not always work together effectively. Regulatory compliance exists, operations are running, yet the system as a whole does not function as it should.

​MedOps focuses on identifying these gaps and building practical, aligned systems that work in real conditions — not only on paper.

The approach is based on hands-on experience within the medical device field, covering regulatory affairs, operational workflows, and DMO-related processes. Rather than offering theoretical guidance, the focus is on creating structures that can be implemented, sustained, and audited.
